60-day money-back guarantee
If the book is not what you needed, reply to the receipt email any time in the first 60 days from purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. No form, no questions, no clawback of the toolkit. Refunds are processed by hand within 48 hours of receiving your request.
Who this covers
The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to every digital product sold through inheritedhomesfl.com, including:
- The Inherited Home Survival Guide ($49)
- The Sibling Buyout Toolkit ($27 standalone or included free at checkout)
- Any other digital products we sell from the site
How to request a refund
The whole process
- Reply to your receipt email from Stripe or to any email we have sent you from support@inheritedhomesfl.com. Or write a new email to that address with "Refund" in the subject line.
- Include the email address on file (the one you used at checkout) so we can find your order. The order date helps, but is not required.
- We refund by hand within 48 hours of receiving your request, in most cases the same business day. The credit will appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
You do not need to fill out a form. You do not need to explain why. We do not require you to "complete" the product first. If you opened it, read it, and decided it is not for you, that is a valid reason.
Refund window
- Request window: within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Processing time: we issue the refund within 48 hours of your request.
- Bank credit: 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
What happens after a refund
- The amount you paid is returned to the original payment method.
- Your access to download links is revoked. Please delete any downloaded copies of the PDF.
- You are unsubscribed from the post-purchase email sequence. Transactional email (refund confirmation, dispute correspondence) may still be sent.
- If you opted in to partner introductions, we mark your record as opted out and notify any partner already introduced.
- You may purchase again in the future at the then-current price.
The honest fine print
We process the vast majority of refund requests without question. We do reserve the right to decline a refund where the pattern fits abuse, specifically:
- Multiple purchase-and-refund cycles by the same customer or payment method.
- Evidence that the PDF has been redistributed publicly or posted to a file-sharing site, in violation of the license in our Terms.
- Chargebacks filed with your card issuer without first contacting us. We honor the 60-day guarantee on every legitimate request; please email us first so we can refund you cleanly. Filing a chargeback first costs us a fee and triggers a longer dispute process for both of us.
None of the above limits a consumer's rights under applicable law, including state consumer-protection statutes.
Statutory rights
This Refund Policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the UK Consumer Rights Act, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other applicable consumer-protection law.
