Plain English. Read it. It matters.
The Inherited Home Survival Guide is a digital ebook in PDF format, plus the Sibling Buyout Toolkit included free at checkout. Both are delivered immediately after payment via a download link that expires 7 days from purchase.
This is not legal advice. This is not tax advice. This is not financial advice. This is a consumer education product written by a publisher who is not an attorney, CPA, or financial planner.
The chapters covering legal topics (probate, partition action, eviction) have been reviewed for accuracy by a real estate attorney with probate experience, and the chapters covering tax topics (step-up basis, capital gains, depreciation recapture) have been reviewed by a CPA. But review for accuracy is not the same as personalized advice. For your specific situation, consult a licensed professional in your state.
If the book doesn't help, email tyler@inheritedhomesfl.com within 60 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No form to fill out, no "tell us why." We honor this even if you've read the entire book.
The only thing we ask: be honest with yourself about whether you actually opened it. If you bought it and never opened the PDF, we'd rather refund you than keep the money.
When you buy the book, you get a personal-use license. You can print it, share it with your immediate family (spouse, siblings, parents) who are working with you on the estate, and reference it for as long as you need it.
You may NOT: redistribute the PDF publicly, post it on file-sharing sites, sell it, or repackage it as your own. We don't watermark each copy, but the gated download link includes attribution we can trace if necessary.
By purchasing, you consent to receiving the 5-email post-purchase sequence (receipt, welcome, day-3 check-in, day-7 partner introductions if you opted in, day-30 feedback). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by replying "stop." Unsubscribing does not affect your access to the PDFs.
On the activation survey, you have the option to opt in (or out) of being introduced to vetted local pros — probate attorneys, realtors, financial advisors, cash-advance companies. We only make these introductions if you explicitly checked that consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Steady receives a referral fee from some partners. The fee does not affect what you pay them; it comes out of their marketing budget.
Real estate, tax, and legal rules change frequently. The book reflects best understanding as of its publication date. We update it periodically. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your application of the material — that's the deal you accept when you buy a $49 ebook instead of paying $500/hour for personalized professional advice.
Specifically: we are not liable for missed deadlines, mismatched state rules, evolving case law, or the consequences of decisions you make. The book repeatedly tells you when to call an attorney, a CPA, or a financial planner. Heed those flags.
We can terminate access if you violate the license (redistributing the PDF publicly, etc.). Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond the 60-day window.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in Florida state or federal court.
If we change these terms materially, we'll email existing customers at least 30 days before the change. Continued use of the product after the change date constitutes acceptance.
